Your device serial number, and your carrier and country, can be a huge help to us as we try to understand and solve issues. We can look at data from your phone to find clues.
So, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well. And if you are posting for help, let me know (just reply on your post) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
